Follow-Up Policy
Patients are eligible for one free follow-up consultation within 1 week from the initial consultation date.
Surgery patients are eligible for two free post-operative follow-up consultations with dressing within 1 week after surgery. Any additional visits or dressing services are chargeable.
Payment Policy
Payment for services is required before the service is performed.
Surgery bookings require a 30% advance payment to confirm the booking. This amount is refundable if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled surgery date, or in case of a documented emergency.
Full payment is required on the surgery date before admission.
