- Patients are eligible for one free follow up consultation within 1 week from the consultation date.
- Surgery patients are eligible for 2 free post op follow up consultation with dressing within one week post surgery, any extra appointments and dressing are chargeable.
-Payment for service is expected before performing the service.
-Booking for surgery require payment of 30% to confirm booking, this fee is refundable if cancellation occurred before 48 hours from the proposed surgery date, or in case of documented emergency situation. full payment is required on the surgery date and before admission.
