Cleft Lip Surgery - This common congenital malformation may be uni-lateral or bilateral cleft and should be corrected when the child reaches 3 months of age to get the best cosmetic result. All pediatric operation needs general anesthesia and strict follow up for breathing 1-2 days. The result is very good but an extra correction is required sometimes before school age.
