Removal of Tonsils, Adenoids and inserting Grommets or T-Tubes can be done simultaneously to relief the adenotonsillis symptoms and improving the hearing caused by middle ear effusion. This is a day case procedure and takes about one hour operating time and the patient can discharge same day.
