Dr. Rami Hamed Center is pleased to introduce Prof.Dr/ Olena Ioffe, who is an Associate Professor, Specialist Obstetrician, and Gynecologist Associate Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (RCOG, London), With more than 25 years of experience.
She graduated from Lugansk Medical University in 1987 with a degree as a Medical Doctor (MD).
She then completed Clinical Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Lugansk Medical University and obtained a Diploma of Specialist Obs&Gyn.
In 2003 Dr. Olena defended her Ph.D. thesis and earned Ph.D. Doctoral degree.
She attended many International Training courses, she worked for 8 years as a Head of the Gynecological Department in a Teaching Hospital in Ukraine dealing with high-risk pregnant and gynecological patients. She also worked in Sheikh Khalifa General Hospital, Umm AL Quwain, UAE.
Dr. Olena is an experienced and dedicated professional. Empathy, Health Care Ethics, and professionalism are her priorities.
