Dr. Mustafa graduated from the faculty of medicine at Aleppo University, Syria. then attended a residency program in general surgery, then a sub-specialty in thoracic surgery at Aleppo University Hospital and hospitals of MOH in Syria. After that, he worked as a specialist and then as a consultant at Aleppo University Hospital and MOH Hospital in Syria.

Ten years ago, he shifted to Turkey and worked in many private hospitals in Istanbul and Mersin and as a volunteer in an NGO hospital in Syria. For the last two years, he worked at Kuwait Hospital in Sharjah, UAE. During his long practice, he did thousands of urgent and elective operations in thoracic, thoracoscopic, general, laparoscopic, and bariatric surgeries.
